Training Programs 

Outreach - Every day the Gidan Bege staff and volunteers are active in street evangelism and follow-up of men, women and children who have visited Gidan Bege.

Discipleship - At Gidan Bege, staff are discipling new believers in the basics of their new faith in Jesus. Some Bible studies take place in homes and some at Gidan Bege.

Literacy - In order to help the poor and needy study and understand the Bible and improve their job opportunities, literacy classes are being offered for children and adults.

Vocational Training - In order to provide vocational rehabilitation for the unemployed, classes in financial management and vocational training in various occupations will be offered.

Puppets - Through the outreach ministry of the puppet team, the gospel message is being communicated to children both at Gidan Bege and in local churches.

Health Care - The staff at Gidan Bege and our ministry partners at Evangel Hospital are helping  meet the basic health needs of the poor who come to the center. 
Widow's Ministry - The staff and volunteers are ministering to widows through a sewing program.  The women are trained in sewing and upon graduation they receive a sewing machine and have a skill to support their family. Discipleship and literacy classes are a part of the program as well.
